When attending a Pious Hearts event, please be aware that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur, and we want to ensure legal compliance and your consent in this regard.

By accepting these terms, you provide explicit consent for the capture of your image, voice, and likeness through photography, audio recording, and video recording. You acknowledge that these recordings may be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or other lawful purposes by Pious Hearts and its representatives.

You release Pious Hearts, its employees, and all involved parties from any legal liability associated with the capture, recording, digitizing, publication, and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or audio recordings. You also waive any entitlement to claims for payment or royalties concerning the use of these materials. Furthermore, you relinquish any right to inspect or authorize any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Pious Hearts or its designated representatives.

Rest assured, your peace of mind is our priority. At Pious Hearts, we want to clarify our payment process:

No Charge Unless You Qualify: You'll only be charged when you qualify and are invited to attend our event. Your credit/debit card on file will be charged at that time.

Refund Policy: Please note that all tickets are non-refundable.

Selective Guest List: Our team meticulously reviews all registered singles and selects the most suitable candidates to attend the event. You'll be charged only when our team extends an invitation to be a guest. If you are not selected, there won't be any charges. Be assured that we host various events, and you may receive an invitation for another event in the future.
